BACKORDERS

  • In stock items ship within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • If any items in your order are on backorder, you will receive an email with a separate ship date for those items.
  • Backordered items normally ship out 7-14 days from date of order.

    LOYALTY / REFERRAL PROGRAM

    • How do I join the Rewards Program?
      • Customers with store accounts are automatically enrolled. If you do not have a store account, join the Rewards Program today by clicking here to create your account.
    • How do I earn points?
      • Welcome Bonus: New loyalty accounts will be credited 500 points as welcome bonus.
      • Earn 10 points for every $1 spent.
      • Earn 50 points for each referal that completes a purchase.
      • Note: points are not earned for any shipping fees, taxes or discounts applied.
      • How do I redeem rewards?
      • First, you need to be signed in to your store account. Rewards can be redeemed through the Rewards Redemption Page which can be accessed through the Rewards Widget located at the bottom of the store.
    • How do I use my rewards?
      • Rewards are issued as coupon codes. Remember to apply the reward coupon code on the payment page during checkout.

    RETURNS

    • Our policy lasts 7 days for refunds and 30 days for exchanges on regular priced items. Items must be postmarked within the stated time from date item was received. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
    • To complete your return, please contact us for an approved RMA number at returns@carriagehouseonline.com.
    • Please do not send your purchase back to the address on the package you received as all returns will need to come back to the returns department.
    • Refunds (if applicable)
      • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
      • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The time it takes to post back to your credit card will depend on your bank's time frame.
    • Sale items (if applicable)
      • Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
    • Non-returnable items include:
      • All sale items
      • Corsets
      • Costumes
      • Undergarments/Lingerie
    • Gifts
      • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed to you.
      • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
    • Shipping

      • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
      • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
      • Please ship all returns/exchanges back to us with tracking.
      • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will not be responsible for lost packages.
